In English, Neurolinguistic Programming, a term coined by the two co-founders Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the mid 70s in California.
Richard Bandler and John Grinder studied the techniques of therapists who were "making a difference" as Virginia Satir, Fritz Pearls, Milton Erickson . Richard Bandler and John Grinder began to study how to be effective in therapy as much as their models and then discovered a way to extrapolate the success strategies.
