Anchoring means to determine the triggers, that is, the primers, signs of recognition linked to one or more specific moods.
The pairing process is an internal response to an external stimulus, random or controlled. The anchors can then be naturally generated or can be created "artificially", ie specially. Can be established with any style of representation (kinesthetic, visual, aural, emotional ...). Can be positive or negative.
There are several types of anchors:
1. even the simple, combining a desired state, which might be an emotional, physiological attitude, a thought, a trigger that:
a. Space could be as much recommended Robert Dilts , entering into an imaginary space as a circle and drawing on useful resources,
b. instead, it may be kinesthetic (or kinesthetic), as suggested Anthony Robbins , clenching his fist as he returns to a memory, a feeling - resource to unleash at the right time,
c. or it may be visual, for example, I want to associate the sight of my head a strong sense of detachment and serenity.
2. Collapse of yet (lit. collapsing anchors), a process of neutralization of negative states triggering two incompatible responses at the same time. The classical representation of collapsing anchors is that they did in the first generation of NLP, anchoring one knee on a negative state, the other knee was positive at the resort and then canceling out the positive and negative together and releasing the restraining positive.
3. Stacking Anchors, a process that is associated with the same still a number of different times, in order to strengthen the response of the subject and to generalize the use of the anchor and the result of its use.
4. Sliding anchors (it. again slipped in), for which you create at least 3 were positive and anchored, then sliding trigger (if kinesthetic, or in succession, if visually) from the first, second to the third, generating a was strongly positive.
