Embedded commands
The Embedded commands or, in Italian, including commands or suggestions, are words or phrases enclosed in a larger context. They are widely used by Richard Bandler and complex in its many nested loops.
The fomula of embedded commands is very common in stories, fables and metaphors: beyond the outline of the story itself, the adventures of the protagonists there is a message, this is the suggestion hidden or embedded in the message wider.
In more simple can be conveyed through tone of voice. For example, Milton Erickson used this technique a lot to help their customers to relax and make sure that their unconscious mind looks for alternative solutions and useful.
I do not know what hour your mind is relaxing
Sometimes it is so easy and natural to relax and let go
Today is so serene and I'm glad we work together
