Peace, peace, and lead
Peace, peace means in Italian and leads accompanied, accompanies, and then lead. This is a technique to create relationship with someone. When two people - boyfriends, mother and son, close friends - they are together, you can often see a continuous exchange of mirroring and matching. The couple seem to move, laugh, drink, breathe, or even thinking in unison. Then, there is no one who begins to speak faster or slower to walk, or introduces a new element in the dance of matching and, as a hidden agreement, the other starts to do the same. In pairs, one led and the other followed.
Now, if this can be seen, of course, you can also create. A coach of GNP which wants to help the coachee can not begin to say what "could be done" without entering into a relationship with the phase of "peace, peace ...." One can not lead if you do not follow first.
Pacing means to meet the pace, location, state of mind that the other person is feeling at that moment. Means to align with others, joining in their way of seeing and feeling the world at that time (which is not supported), it is essential to ensure that the other person feels understood and, if we bring in from out of state that is, we can, after pacing, lead to a new state.
The skills that are used for the calibration are pacing, matching, language, ... Only after establishing a relationship and having accompanied the person, it can lead to an alternative route, the only way the person will be willing to follow.
