Renovation
For restructuring, or reframing in English, you will see things from a different perspective, or a "framework" different. Linked to creative thinking, restructuring means then leave their own "territory map" and perceive reality differently, trying to "get in the shoes" of someone else and leave our usual way of seeing things.
Examples of restructuring of the language can be:
→ be hard to be firm
be inconstant to be multitasking →
→ be naive to be stupid
be adapted profiteers →
→ be unable to be a beginner
Restructuring means finding the positive side of situations, habits, actions of others ...
For example, if you know or believe or are convinced of being slow to do things I could ask:
"In what context this could be an advantage, resource, or simply more appropriate?"
Also, if I realize I of stress and easily and do not like (or want to check) this behavior, I ask:
"What would be the positive intent of my emotional state?"
"How else could I describe this behavior?"
