Role Play
Role play literally means "role play" and that's what it means. In NLP, the role play is one of the other techniques to expand their point of view, to "get in the shoes" of the other party, to see things from a different perspective.
Classical and historical example of Mahatma Gandhi's role play was when he identified specifically with the English to understand their point of view and it is considered that this capacity, he was one of the elements of success of his attitude, which led him to obtain the conquest of India.
A psycho-drama is a role play, so there is sympathetic in the part of others who may be co-workers, family members, others with whom we must reach a common goal or resolve a conflict.
